Comments are closed across the site, so email is the only route in. We read everything that arrives, though we cannot promise a reply to every message.
Reporting an error
This is the message we most want to receive. To make it quick to act on, please include:
- the address of the page,
- the sentence or figure you think is wrong,
- and, if you have one, a source we can check it against.
Corrections get made on the page itself, not buried in a note at the bottom.
What we do not do
- Guest posts and sponsored articles. We do not accept them, at any price. Pitches of this kind will not get a reply.
- Paid links. We do not sell links or insert them into existing articles.
- Individual electrical advice. We cannot assess your specific wiring by email. If a job touches the fixed wiring of a property, that is a question for a qualified electrician.
Press and product enquiries
Manufacturers and retailers are welcome to get in touch about a product. Please note in advance that sending us something does not buy coverage, a ranking or a favourable verdict, and that any resulting article will say plainly how the product reached us.
